Legal Requirements and Policies
In accordance with university policy and federal law, all members of the university community are responsible for ensuring that faculty, staff, and students are not discriminated against because of a disability. To accomplish this goal, reasonable and appropriate accommodations may be necessary for physical or programmatic access. The Office of Disability Services (ODS) will coordinate with university departments and offices to facilitate necessary accommodations for students with disabilities.
The ODS provides accommodations and support services to student with disabilities in accordance with Federal laws including Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA).
